These are the terms you accept in the bot before your first order. The signed PDFs below are the versions customers are actually shown and agree to — if anything on this page ever differs from them, the PDF is what applies.

Terms of service
In short
A plain summary. It is not a replacement for the full document above.
What we do
- We exchange USDT for ETB and USD, and ETB and USD for USDT.
- Orders are placed in the Dhigaal Telegram bot or the Dhigaal app.
- A person checks every order before anything is released.
Rates and fees
- Commission is 1% of the USDT amount, with a minimum of 1 USDT.
- A quoted rate is held for 15 minutes, then it expires.
- The rate that applies is the one quoted on your order.
Paying
- Send the exact amount shown, to the account shown on that order.
- Put your order reference on the payment.
- A receipt is a claim, not a payment. We release only once we can see the money in our own account.
Sending and receiving USDT
- You choose the chain. It must match the one your wallet uses.
- A wrong address or the wrong chain means the money is gone. Nobody can reverse a blockchain transfer.
Verification
- We verify your identity before your first order. It is done once.
- Verification links come from inside the bot, work once, and expire.
- Your document number is encrypted before it is stored.
Security
We will never ask for your PIN, password, seed phrase or private key. Anyone who does — even using our name or our logo — is not Dhigaal.
