How it works
Eight steps, all of them inside Telegram — in the @dhigaal_bot chat, or the Dhigaal app you open from it. Nothing moves on its own: a person checks every payout before it is released.
Open @dhigaal_bot in Telegram. It asks in all three which you want — Somali, Amharic or English — and you can change it later from the menu.
The full terms arrive in the chat, in your language. The order does not begin until you press accept.
A private link, yours alone, good for 30 minutes. It is done once — every order after that goes straight through.
Buy USDT or sell it, in ETB or USD, then pick the bank or wallet you are paying from — or the one we should pay out to.
Buying, you can type either the money you are paying or the USDT you want. The quote shows the rate and the commission: 1% of the USDT, minimum 1 USDT.
TRC20, BEP20, ERC20, Polygon, TON, Solana, Arbitrum, Optimism, Avalanche or Base — whichever are open at the time. We read the address back to you before anything moves, because a wrong chain or address cannot be undone.
Pay only the account shown on your own order, put your order reference on the payment, then send a photo of the receipt in the chat.
A receipt is a claim, not a payment. We release your USDT once we can see the money in our own account.
Selling runs the same way in reverse: you send the USDT, and once it has arrived we pay out to the bank account or wallet you gave us.
Ways to pay
Pay from the wallet or bank you already use, and take your USDT on the network your own wallet speaks — or send it from there when you sell. You choose both in the Telegram bot or the Dhigaal app.
Mobile money and wallets on both sides, plus bank transfers for birr. Each rail is grouped under the currency it settles in.
Ten networks. Pick the one your own wallet uses — USDT sent on the wrong chain is gone, so you are asked to name the network and to read the address back before anything moves.
Which rails and chains are open changes. The bot and the app only ever offer the ones that are actually available at that moment, and the account details are shown on your own order — so read this as what Dhigaal supports, not as a promise that every one of them is switched on for the order you are about to place.
Rates and fees
Dhigaal charges one commission, worked out on the USDT amount. The arithmetic is below so you can check an order yourself before you confirm it.

The commission is taken from the USDT leg of the order, whether you are buying USDT or selling it.
1 USDT
On a small order, 1% comes to less than 1 USDT. When it does, the 1 USDT minimum is what applies instead.
Both use an illustrative rate of 196 ETB to 1 USDT, chosen to show the arithmetic. It is an example, not today’s rate.
1% of 51.02 USDT would be 0.51 USDT, which is under the floor, so the 1 USDT minimum is the fee.
1% of 510.20 USDT is 5.10 USDT, which is above the floor, so the 1% is the fee.
The live rate, the commission and the amount you will receive are all shown in the bot before you confirm anything. Once you are quoted a rate, it is held for 15 minutes; after that you ask for a new one.

Two things cost people money in this trade: somebody pretending to be Dhigaal, and an address or chain nobody checked. Neither has to happen to you — this is how to avoid both.
Not in the bot, not in the app, not on a call, not in a message. Anyone who asks you for one of these — even using the Dhigaal name, the Dhigaal logo or a copy of this website — is not Dhigaal. Do not reply to them, and tell us.
Our only Telegram bot is @dhigaal_bot. Orders run in that chat, or in the Dhigaal app it opens inside Telegram — there is no separate app to download.
Our website is dhigaal.co. Any other address using our name is not us, however close the spelling looks.
Identity is verified once, before your first order — and the verification link only ever arrives inside the bot. Never from someone who contacted you out of nowhere.
We never ask you to send money somewhere to “release”, “unlock” or “verify” an order. Nobody at Dhigaal will ever ask you for that.
A transfer on a public blockchain cannot be reversed — not by us, not by anyone. Read your address character by character before you confirm it, and make sure the chain you pick is the chain your wallet actually uses.
It goes in the reason, note or reference field — for example DHG-7F3K. Without it we may not be able to match your payment to your order.
